Entertainment screen keeps glitching and freezing

Hello, I recently just bought a 2018 f150 lariat and for some reason the radio screen keeps freezing randomly and glitching and it can’t fine updates when scanned, I’ve tried soft reset master reset and nothing works, I’ve also tried to download files onto a usb drive and I get lst_err05 and don’t know what else to do, if anyone has any idea of how to fix this I would appreciate it a lot!

Hello.

Have you tried running an interrogator log against it?.

From what you are describing, it seems it’s a dying APIM.
