i did try to update my f-150 2019 with no navigation but i used from my phone app and for some reason forgot that i was always using my phone and does not have nav.now i’m stuck with an STARTS: Error in 4U5T-14G21-CCE

First of all, STOP SPAMMING.
I do not understand what you are trying to do. You first mentioned the manual method, then you provide logs from the automated tool.
So, I’m going to ask simple and direct questions/requests, I expect short and clear answers.
A) Take a photo of the error you are describing, and post it here.

I’m sure you will disappear and we won’t hear from you once you solve the issue yourself created, but in the meantime you need to follow the forums guidelines.
Posting multiple consecutive messages is considered spamming, that’s why I told you to use the edit button instead of sending a new message. And you just did that again.
If English is an issue for you, use Google translator.
Now, to your issue.
And also, you keep saying your unit does not have NAV, yet the latest log shows you created that USB with nav.
So, why are you creating an USB with NAV if your unit is non-NAV?.
You are stuck on the reformat phase, once you manage to create an USB without nav (if your unit does not have nav), you should be good. Also, use a quality branded USB, not the generic and slow device you are using .
If you have doubts, ask before creating the USB.
I did not mean to spam, was not even sure what that was .
I accidentally did the one with Nav because I use the Nav through CarPlay, I was tried and was not thinking. After I watched some videos and realized what I did wrong. I created one USB without Nav, and its still not working. I will go buy a new USB and create it one more time and see if that works.
I am just frustrated because I am afraid that I won’t be able to fix it at all and have to have it replaced or something.
Also my apologies if I was coming off rude, not intentional, just trying to figure this all out. I didn’t know I was spamming.

That’s ok, I can see you are frustrated, but:
do not translate that to others, specially if they are trying to help you
the issue is 100% recoverable, so do not worry.
Now that I have a clearer picture of what’s going on, this is what you need to do:
In Syn3updater, create an USB with this parameters:
Current version: 3.0.xxxxx (any 3.0 build)
New version: whichever 3.4 version you want
Make sure NAV is UNSELECTED
It should look like this:
(I’m assuming the region is NA, based on your previous logs)
As you can see at the bottom left, the install mode is REFORMAT, which is exactly what you need.
Then, create the USB with those parameters.
Once created, post the log for that USB here, so I can double check everything is ok before moving it to the car.
Since the unit is already non operative and you do not have another pendrive to try, try with the one that you currently have. If it works, great. If not, you will need to get a new one.
PS: I’ve just noticed you are not the original poster… Well, who knows, maybe you have 2 accounts… really hard to help under these conditions…
