This is a map file and you have a NON-NAV APIM…can’t install maps on this APIM.
How can I go back and start over?
Use the Syn3 Updater and select NO navigation in the vehicle setup page. Then proceed from there. It will not load the maps.
Post the installation log file.
Is this the new setup? Or the one that had the error?

Honestly, do yourself a favor and update to 3.4.21265. The newer releases have issues with clock settings for NON-NAV units.

I already downloaded the version that tells me, connect the usb to the car again but it just stays that way and time is the only thing that advances

It is stuck than. Try unplugging the car from the battery for a few minutes.
