Started download and around 5 minutes or so this error popped up (5u5t-24g381-ap_1555085337000.tar.gz : pkg_erro3) now it’s a Mustang car and than a Mustang horse pops up and when I put the USB back in a red screen and that code comes up

Try this solution below and see if it works. Like Rollback said, what USB are you using? Is it a USB hard drive? Do you have anything plugged into the other USB port when you are doing this?

Thanks everyone it was a bad USB I downloaded everything to a new one and it fixed it.
