ERROR on update, can't seem to get any of the updates to work now

I recently tried to update from 3.4.21265 to 3.4.23188. During the installation I received this error message (somewhere around 15 minutes) “Error in 4U5T-14G421-CHE_1644007810000.TAR.GZ : PKG_ERR03” When I removed the usb and restarted the car, I was now in 3.3.19052. I re-configured the usb to go to the 3.4.23188 from this new (old) version. but received the same error. I have tried different combinations of versions and map years and keep hitting this error. Any help resolving this is greatly appreciated as my system is stuck in a state where it is looking for an update.
