Hi today i made update on Sync 3.0 20204 to 3.4 23188 The update finish with sucssesfull note and said me to remove the usb flash .The sync show me note the instalation will continue when put usb again and after that i get an message Instalation Failed Error code:PKG_ERR03 Download files again and retry to install. I was made a restart on the system and everything looks like fine .I checked the version on sync and on maps ,the are with newer version,but a did not see any differents. I checkes the usb for a log xml file but there is no log xml file just log.txt

Sounds like you removed the USB stick when first messaged to do so which the instructions tell you not to do as it should reboot and continue the upload until you get a final message to remove it.
However if everything looks ok don’t worry about it nor the lack of xml file.

i remove the flash on the last green display that say remove the flash and after that i do not know why i am puting again in usb and then i get this error message

Well, that is correct then. Try doing a master reset of sync if not already done, with motor running and USB out.

Yes i did it and averything looks fine but i am wondering why get this error after put the usb again :slight_smile:

The solution is easy. Do not put the USB stick in anymore as everything seems fine.
