Remove Gracenote from the installation and try again.

Thanks. I’ll try to do that. For now, I was trying to install an older update from the US region. No EU version was successful.

As far as the Sync app is concerned, there is no difference in versions for any country, etc. The Sync app is universal. The voice packages are specific to regions, as are the Gracenote files and maps. You update was not successful because the files are too big for the available space on the APIM. With Sync 3.4 on a NON-NAV APIM, you will not be able to install Gracenote with EU voice file.
