EU F13 card cannot be installed ERROR 005

Hello, I can’t install the F13 EU card on my 2022 Kuga, I downloaded all the 14 packages with the license.
My 64gb usb key is exfat formatted with the SyncMyRride file where the packages are stored. The autoinstall.lst file is at the root of my key. During installation I get an error 005.

Provide:

• a screenshot of the USB’s root (with file extensions visible)
• a screenshot of the SyncMyRide folder’s contents (with file extensions visible)
• the contents of all the .lst files on the root
• a photo of the error that appears on the unit
• the interrogator log output XML file

You can’t have anything plugged in, not even a charging cable.

Hello, I found out why I had this error lst 005 in fact I made a mistake I downloaded directly without going through the START button so I did not create the two essential files: autoinstall.lst and DONTINDX.MSA so the license was not recognized everything is back in order thank you again for your help.
