Did you follow the directions on the website about making the USB and placing the files in the SyncMyRide folder, etc.? There is something wrong in the installation process. This does not look complete.

MEM_ERR01 – Error is MEM_NOSPACE_TO_COPY

Yes, followed as I have for all other sync uprades. \Files in syncmyride folder then instructions in .lst file.

I have a March 2020 Puma, wasn’t sure if safe to use your tool ? I’m pretty sure my car came with sync 3.4 and then upgraded to 3.4.
Doesn’t MEM_ERR mean not enough memory to run ? ?

yes it does.

You can delete Gracenotes and see if that gives you the space you need.

Is the autoinstall.lst file the same as what you posted above? These are F9 files…?

The files you show are only Nav Voice, not maps. If this is a manufacturer installation, you need the rest of the files and autoinstall.lst, as this will not work.

Sorry, yes, I have 3.4.30351 at present with f9 maps.
The file is from the Ford update site. So is it voice update not map update then ? Fords updates often seem to have flawed scripts :frowning:

My pumas march 20 build so is it safe to use your program on ? Think it upgraded to 3.4 in Sept
