Hello , I have the following problem , I have updated the sync software to version 3.4 build 22251 and then tried to upgrade the european navigation software from version F10 to F11. There the problems started , halfway the upgrade I got a MEM_ERR03 and the upgrade stopped . According to the information screen of my system I have now he version F11 installed , but 85% of the maps are gone , only a part of france shows some streets , the rest of europe is grayed out . Does anybody has a fix to get my maps back ??
Without logs, we can’t help, really.
Hey @hoenderop , I’m not sure if you saw my previous message.
But we can’t really help unless you provide logs. So post them (both for the USB you are using, and also an interrogator log).
