Ford Sync Update Downloader Stuck - not doing anything

After selecting my region and etc, and clicking start, it just stays stuck:

Any ideas?

Hi Gabriel.
It seems it’s something related to version 2.1.1.0, I’m not able to download anything either with that version. If you are in a hurry, you can use version 2.1.0.5, it works ok.
Otherwise, just wait for a bit for a solution for 2.1.1.0.

I can’t seem to replicate this, not sure what the issue is, 2.1.1.0 removed from public for now, please redownload 2.1.0.5

Ford Sync Update Downloader stops at this point every time.
Testet with 2.1.0.5 and 2.1.1.1.
Any tips ?

i have 40GB free space on my system storage.
the download runs succesfully. it allways stops when copying to the USB after the 22MB data.

edit:

3.4.20136 without maps download and copie succesfully
