November 28, 2023 - Suspending sales
Due to another set of strange problems with international payments, we have to stop selling Extended Licenses for Windows and paid licenses for FORScan Lite for Android. As a temporary solution, our free products are still available (2 month trial Extended License and FORScan Demo for Android).
April 21, 2022 - Resuming Extended License sales
We have resumed selling paid Extended Licenses, thus far the 1 year only. We had to increase the price as the whole payment stuff is more expensive for us now.
Also, registration on our forum is now available only to paid users. Invitation code is provided in the confirmation email. Paid users who need account on our forum and have no invitation code, please contact support.
March 15, 2022 - Statement on the situation with accepting payments from Russia and Belarus - FORScan forum
Users who have purchased an Extended License earlier and the validity of which has expired, please contact our support service to resolve the issue (temporary extension of the license). Unfortunately, we do not have the technical ability to renew all licenses in automatic mode, so we will do this manually upon request.
March 04, 2022 - Suspending Extended License Sales.
Due to sanctions against Russian banks and inability to transfer funds, we have to suspend selling Extended Licenses.
Due to global blockage of Russia we have to temporarily suspended engineering support. We will continue to provide regular support to paid users, only for installation, licensing or connection issues. We plan to complete processing all requests to engineering support arrived before March 7th, 2022, but it may take significant time.
