This version has been stable. If you experience any issues, I would recommend version 3.4.21265.

About 90 minutes for autoinstall for a full EU map set. But you should be able to use reformat for the maps since you have a 2019 Mondeo. That will be about half the time.
Run the APIM Interrogator Utility in the Syn3 Updater, in the tool page, and post the results here. This will confirm your APIM model and ensure you are ok to use the reformat method.

The VIN OEM build sheet shows the APIM as a JR3T-14G371-FFB, which is a Ford Service Replacement APIM. I would NOT reformat this unit as it most likely is MY20 APIM.
You should use autoinstall for all of your changes.
