Getting a 'Decryption Error' after downloading/

I’m downloading the latest Sync 3 updates for my 2017 F150. All the files are being downloaded and validated to the C:\Downloads\Syn3Updater folder. I think what’s supposed to happen next is that the files get uncompressed/decrypted and written to my USB stick. Instead, I get an red pop-up Error box that states the following:
“The decryption operation failed, see inner exception. The specified data could not be decrypted”

The files are not decompressed, they go directly to the USB. I have never seen the error you are describing. Could you attach a screenshot…

files aren’t encrypted so this doesn’t make much sense.
