Has Ford stopped support for SYNC 3.4?

Has Ford ended updates and/or support for SYNC 3.4? The last version is 3.4.23188, which would have been released by Ford in July 2023. Normally there would have been 2 or 3 updates to SYNC 3.4 since 23188, but there has been nothing.

I can’t see anything radical being done with 3.4, it’s really stable and i doubt they will offer any new features.

The short answer is that only Ford knows.
But Sync3 is pretty stable at the moment.
Last builds were only bug fixes, nothing major was introduced.

I have seen rumors saying there is a 3.5 version coming out. I don’t believe them and think it’s just click bait.

If there is a newer build, I don’t see the US vehicles as driving it, if anything it will come out of the EU or Asia where some are still being shipped with 3.2 & 3.4.

US vehicles are still using Sync 3.4 and there will be further updates for those as well as bug fixes, etc. Although the focus for Ford is Sync 4 and the replacement for that, they are still supporting Sync 3 for some time as it is still in production worldwide.

Are you referring to the PowerApp 3.5.x update?
A lot of people with Sync4 thought this was a new build update and some Sync3 forums took off with it being a new build number.
