Hello, upgraded my 2016 fusion titanium with the sony 12 speaker to sync 3 and have a few issues if anyo e van help

Hello wanted to ask if any one knows how to fix an issue i have with a sync3 apim upgrade. I did mine in a 2016 ford fusion titanium and the right side of my audio when playing bluetooth or anything but radio its static on the right side. But with the radio the audio is fine. Im sure it has something to do with the asbuilt code configuration between the acm and apim. Also the volume is very high and crisp when the radio is playing but very low when turned all the way up with Bluetooth. Got the hardware off a 2018 Ford Fusion Titanium with the sony 12 speaker system

Go to a used car site, find a 2017 Ti Fusion with the same options as yours use its VIN and download the AB from https://www.motorcraftservice.com/Asbuilt/ and use that.

The MY2016 Fusion is a bit of a one off on wiring harness, modules etc due to Ford starting the transition mid year for the MY2017 facelift and SYNC3. Some folks have actually had to get a used (not new) GWM from a 2017 to fix cluster issues etc after doing the upgrade/mod.
