How to Access Sync 3 Hidden Menu - 2017 Explorer

I am trying to access the Sync 3 hidden menu on my 2017 Explorer. I’ve watched many how-to videos on the subject, but my specific vehicle does not have the radio control buttons referenced in these videos that needs to be pressed to get hidden menu access. Am I missing something obvious, or is there a unique menu access key combo that applies to my vehicle?
