I just joined Cynlabs and trying to download Syn3 Updater 2.0 , but it gets blocked because it may damage my computer. What do I do to down load it?

I have the same problem downloading a exe file. Can someone explain how to do this. I have turned my firewall off and check the internet options for downloading file, but nothing works.
