I downloaded both the file and the auto installation file. I copied both over without unzipping anything and nothing. Do I need to unzip all files? Do I need to put the auto installation file on there?
Drop the file into a directory called SyncMyRide and put the autoinstall in the root of the drive.
Let me guess, you didn’t spend some time searching and after a quick time you just said “this site does not lead to that”…

Also, to be fair, this site is mainly for upgrading to 3.4… So anything for 2.x and 3.0.x should fall under Ford’s realm… But even so, information for that is located here as well…
