Hub not supported, Bluetooth connectivity

2016 ford flex sel. I updated to 3.4 two months ago, at one time i was able to connect via Bluetooth, now it no longer will connect that way. Is there a way to be able to connect again by bluetooth?

Other issue is error message occasionally says usb hub not supported, i click ok but i am still able to connect by usb. Can i update the hub to this HC3Z-19A387-B on amazon Amazon.com it looks like it should work, i wanted to check here first.

What version did you install?

The latest 3.0.23219

I was wrong about version, it is 3.4

Bluetooth does not correlate to the USB HUB, so if you are having issues pairing the phone I would try performing a master reset and make the phone forget about the car, just in case…

About the hub part number, you can check this thread for guidance → Media Hub, CarPlay Compatible - 2015-2020 Ford/Lincoln - SYNC 3

Thank you for your reply,

These are 2 seperate issues, i have already tried.a master reset, and made both car and phone forget the each other.

Once i was able to connect to andriod auto via bluetooth and now it wont allow and i have to connect via cable. Is there a way to be able to connect again by bluetooth?

I will check this other thread you gave me. If the part number was able to be used.

This is simply not true…

For a start Android Auto uses WiFi not Bluetooth*
Secondly SYNC 3 does not support Wifi Android Auto. You have NEVER connected to Android Auto via bluetooth

*technically some functionality is via bluetooth, audio for example
