Hi All

Trying to do the 8" upgrade on my 2018 transit custom. I dont seem to have anything on the menus to check what version i am running

I have prepared a drive for interogation but when plugged into my van all it comes up with s " usb 1 detected " even leaving it for a while nothing else comes up. Any ideas ?
