I used the Sync3 updater 2.12.5.0 to download the latest sync 3.4 updates and map version to a thumb drive. My current installed Sync3 version is 3.4.22251.
Before I start the installation of the new sync version I ran the “create interrogator log usb” to verify that my APIM is indeed compatible.
The car installed the interrogator file and I removed the thumbdrive from the car until display read installation complete. Hereafter I took the usb back to my computer and clicked step 3 .open interrogator log.
Here, the 3rd window reads: Apim as built, DE00 throughDE06: BLANK
Can I go ahead and install the latest 3.4.23188 version or will it cause issues?
