I have tried 3 times to do the interrogator log to see if my replacement head is a 2020 or newer but each time it gives me an error that the file could not be read

Your log file is incomplete therefore there is no way to know if it’s my20 or not.

You will need to check the model number on the APIM physically

The APIM is not MY20+. The firmware is Pre-MY18.5.

I’m not sure i would 100% say it’s not MY20, considering the risk, but i’ll leave that to you.

I think it’s safe to say that based on the information provided by the incomplete log, the APIM does not seem to be MY20, without 100% certainty.

But again, as always, we can’t be sure until both the APIM and screen are physically checked.

And as always, it’s up to the user to accept the risk or not.
