but my car has never have nav feature in sync screen.
i don’t know if my car has nav and it simply disabled in asbuilt?

So when you uploaded 3.4.23188 to the car without maps everything worked ok…radio, music, phone, voice etc?
Where are you situated?

This will come down to what part of the world the car is located in.
HN1T-14G371-EEC in the DB is a 32Gb unit which would work for say NA US/Canada maps but not for the EU. EU units have 64Gb of storage.

yes it worked no calm screen tho and no ac controls on sync (my ac is automatic one)

The HN1T-14G371-EEC is not a MY20+ unit therefore can be reformatted. The NAV is turned off in the asbuilt. You can turn it on and load the appropriate maps for your region if you like. You will need FORScan and one of the recommended adapters. You can find the recommended adapters and other FORScan information in the Information section of the forum.
