Is there any way to downgrade from Sync 3.4 to 3.3?

My car was updated by Ford’s workshop and now I have issues with the radio and connecting bluetooth devices, the conection lost for a second and music don’t play, I didn’t have this issue before the update.

Is there any way to downgrade the software safely? How can I do this?

Have you talked to the shop?.
About the BT thing, make the device forget about Sync3, make Sync3 forget about the device, then perform a master reset and re-pair them.
