Issue after updating maps to F13 / Update 47451 issue

Hello All,

After updating the Sync 3 of my 2017 Mustang to 3.0.23219, I downloaded the F13 maps files. All of that from the official Ford website , as usual.
After that I didnt have an XML file to upload. But I saw on the website that there was another very small file to download “map_47451_update”. I did it and got the XML file. uploaded it . and since 3 months Ford keeps saying my maps are not up to date and keeps offering me to dl this 47451 file . I did it another time to be sure and re uploaded the XML, but still have the issue .

I saw that many users complained about it around the Web.

Does someone have some information about how to solve that ?

Could you run the Interrogator Utility in the Syn3 Updater app and post the XML here…as afr as that file, it is documneted around the internet as problematic. You should run the updater from the Ford site for the Sync app and then upload the XML file that it generates. That will likely fix the issue.

I didn’t use the Syn3 app, can I post the XML I got in the USB key after the update ?
(the one I uploaded sucessfully on the ford website : green cross)
