Want to upgrade SYNC3 to new version. But afraid to use reformat due top have big screen 10 inches
even APIM HW is not MY20 (according to CL database)

Try did make safe autoinstall mode 3.4.23188 and got VER_ERR01 – Error is VER_UNABLE_TO_FIND_VER_FILE
try autoinstall mode 3.3.19052 - Error is VER_FPN_IMAGE_FILE_NOT_PRESENT

I afraid to use reformat mode due to 10 screen display may be not compatible with reformat software

As I know SW JB is possible only on versions on 3.4.XXXXX is it possible on 3.0.XXXXX

You can JB Sync3 3.0, I would not had mentioned it otherwise.

Are you worried about the screen size or it being MY20?

Or he could just go to 3.0.23219 using Ford official and not have to reformat at all since that was a driver leveling with 3.4.23118.
He just doesn’t get the prettier interface.
