Maps not updating after 3.4 install

I have updated from 2.2 to 3.4 and all works except navigation, it does not show a version, I did select navigation when I began

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

So you saw the green screen.
Have hoy master reset?.

If so, create and run an interrogator USB against the APIM, then post the output here

If there is not maps version number then there are no maps installed. Or at least no map license. The file does show up in the log. Like mentioned above by @SaNdMaN and in the instructions, perform a Master Reset.
