Master Reset Will Not Execute

I have a 2019 Navigator with 3.4. Recently It started to lose user profiles, navigation history, and sporadially not load maps at all. Very annoying. About a week ago I master reset it and it was perfect for about 2 days. Back to it’s old tricks now, buttttt it will not perform a master reset, even after a soft reset. It just gets stuck after I hit continue.
I have a new battery. I also have not performed a hard reset (disconnecting power from the apm) since the battery was replaced.

Assuming you are running 3.4.22251 or 3.4.2308 (because you provided no detail), if none of the methods described in “APIM Sync Settings Not Saving, VER_ERR08 Errors, Cannot Perform Master Reset or Upgrades/Updates (Solved)”, we do not have anything else to recommend at the moment.
