MEM_ERR01 after usb was taken out during map update from F7 to F10 after first reboot

updated sync 3 software version from 3.3 - Build 19052_ to software version 3.4 build 21194_ which was successful. I then tried to update the maps from F7 to F10, however after the first boot the usb got removed, now when i try to put the usb back in i get an error message MEM_ERR01. it shows on the system information that the maps current version is F10 but voice controls do not work. is there a way i can free up the space to be able to reinstall the F10 maps properly.

Create an interrogator log, run it against the unit and post back the results.

That will show what’s on the APIM and how much free space there’s

If the unit does not have MY20 hardware, it will be easier to fix.
