Navigation error after update

I upgraded from sync3 2.0 to 3.4 and now it gives me a navigation error.

SYNC Region: ANZ

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 2.0

New SYNC Version: 3.4.23080

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
Navigation failure "navigation is not working correctly, contact your dealer for repair

Update Method: CyanLabs Manual Method

Have you master reset?.
Is the car imported?.

Create and run an interrogator log and post back the results.

Hello, yes, I did the factory reset twice and it continues the same. The vehicle is delivered by a dealer in our country, it is not imported.

You buying a car from a dealer does not necessarily mean it’s not imported, but ok, lets assume it’s not imported based on what you are saying.

I have no idea what you have done to reach this point, but:

  • you have ROW packages installed, South America is not ROW, but ANZ.
  • it seems you do not have ANZ maps installed, you have ROW Central America installed. Why would you think Chile is in Central America?.

So you need to start over with the correct packages.
Also, your APIM is not providing some information, so this is a partial diagnosis.
