That may be. I think language settings…I seem to remember another user on this forum having an issue like this, also in Greece.
EDIT: I can’t believe I missed this…
I believe the issue is based on spoken language. If you are speaking in Greek, it does not look like that is supported in the Sync system or NAV system. Below are the supported languages…I don’t see Greece identified specifically.
Set the language to English and see if it works, if that is ok for you.

I’m always speaking in English and everything is set to English. Sync doesn’t have ui support for Greek anyway. I’m literally saying “Find an address” or “Navigate Home”.
I should also note that this was all working a few versions back. Never had an issue. I only noticed it the other day when I updated to 21020 via the official method.
I’m just wondering if the voice thing has issues searching for addresses within the area of Greece. Or something along the lines of that…
In any case, I’ll give it a few days and see if anything changes.
