Hello, everyone!
I have the 2022 model Ford Ranger. As far as I understand, these vehicles are coming to Turkey through Taiwan, so I updated the software from 3.4.21194 to 3.4.23188 using Cyanlabs Syn3 Updater. While doing this, I chose the option to preserve existing maps because my map version appears as G10, and I couldn’t find the current map that fits it in. I’d be glad if anyone who knows about the G10 map or knows how to update maps as a map of Europe, can help .

Hello.

I’ve not heard about G10 maps, so I’m not sure what you are talking about.
Can you run an interrogator log against the unit and share the resulting XML file?

Back to your problem, the interrogator was helpful, thank you.

You are trying to change regions, and Cyanlabs does not support changing regions.

Having said that, check out this thread for guidance → Tutorial: Current EU Maps Installation on US Imported Vehicles

Just be careful, you have a MY20 unit that can’t be reformatted with Syn3updater… Since the unit is quite full, you may want to check into FMODS’ universal reformat package, which can reformat MY20 hardware… The unit need to be jailbroken, which we do not support either.

Actually I do not want to change regions, the ANZ or EU version is irrelevant. I just want to update navigation map which is shown as G10, do we have any map with G code?

The map file, -BAL is the latest.
There is a later update for the nav voice file on you vehicle, -DH.
You can update this file using the Syn3 updater or Ford files thru the Sync Navigation update website.

Thank you for your answer. But as mentioned in the answer above before you I have reformatted my system to change EU system. Unfortunately my navigation system gives error and not working now. I have tried to update maps with only maps option but did not worked either.

You need to make sure that the system is set to the correct region and has the proper maps for that region. This is outlined in the tutorial posted above.
