Navigation starts but says 1 or 2 words and stops

F150 2018 - Sync 3 has voice after the update. I did an update from version 3.0 to 3.4. Navigation starts but says 1 or 2 words and stops.
Any help would be great.

SYNC Region: NA

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 3

New SYNC Version: 3.4

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

Have you master reset?

Provide:

  • the log for the USB you used
  • a fresh interrogator log output

Mmm… I’m not so sure how to respond to that.

Can you create an interrogator log and share the results?.

Also, this “voice” issue you mentioned, is new to 3.4?, or did you experience it before as well?.

So basically everything works fine except the nav voice?

It’s been a few days, has it corrected itself?

Reload the voice files for NAV.

Are you using CarPlay or Android Auto?
