Need Data for PDM and DDM Modules

Hello everyone! I did firmware update my focus st line 2016 for PDM and DDM and lost my rear windows working with one touch. Now i am not able to go back to old version so i need data for these modules. Can someone has copy for these module? I live in sweden, europe and want similar car data. Thank you

SYNC Region: EU

Navigation Variant: Non Nav

Manufacturer Year: Pre MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 23188

New SYNC Version: 23188

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

As stated in the other place you’ve asked this question, start with a fresh forscan profile and then rescan. You could try rebooting the modules.

Thank You for reply and i did that but i am not able to go back to previous firmware. How can i do that? Help me if there is any possibilities.. Thank you
