Need help updating to sync 3.4

I have been trying to update my 2018 ford expedition to sync 3.4 but when updating it it keeps going through a loop of saying updating coming back on to the main screen saying updating and doing that over and over

Old SYNC Version: 3.0.17276

New SYNC Version: 3.0.17276

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
No error message

A little more detail will help. What are you using to do this and can you supply the logs, etc.

I’m using a 64G flash drive from a windows laptop and it will say updating and then it just restarts the screen and then says updating again in a loop
