Hello, i broke my ford fiesta 2018 sync screen and i bought the same reused but with different product code behind the screen. I place it to my car and althought i can hear the radio, the screen goes black. it doesn’t turn on. neither with the ford logo. What i should do ? Make changed through FORscan or it update issue ? the broken screen that i removed turns on but it doesn’t shows nothing due to the fact that is broken.
Seems that it may be a 2020+ FCIM and the APIM does not have the drivers for it. K series is usually a 2019 version for APIM’s but it could be one of the newer versions for the FCIM.
Other than checking your connections you either have a faulty FCIM or one that is to new.

The screen after plugging in should open and see the ford logo ?
The screen after plugging it never opened. So I thought that was broken. Im right ?
If I find a screen with the same code starting —> H1BT should all the other letters match ? Or the last 2 can be anything ?
Should I check the screen code if it fits to my 2018 fiesta or it doesn’t matter ?

I am searching for a reused. And only the screen not the box behind it.
Even if the code was absolutely different the screen should open and see the Ford Logo ? I’m right ? Because the one that I tested (K1BT) was absolutely black it didn’t turned on with the ford logo. And I’m wondering if it’s burned - broken or it’s something else that I don’t know.
