New sync 3 screen, but model number different to original screen not working?

My original sync that came with the vehicle is broken, ordered a new one, and found out the model number on back of the new one is different to model number on the old one, i got told thid will work and just needs ford to reprograme it to the apim,

would this work or do i need to order different screen with exact same model number?

Old SYNC Version: 3.4

New SYNC Version: 3.4

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
latest sync 3 version, just the screen broken

You are correct that it will work. You just need to use Forscan to reload the AB values to it.

any help on how to reload the ab valves using forscan would be much appreciated as never done before.

I have the forscan programme, just not sure how I would do that?
