New TCU ( Telematics) module fitted and Ford pass/connect tile not showing on screen

Hey team, I have had a replacement TCU Telematics Module fitter to my Kuga 2021. Replacment module was off a same spec car ( year and model ST line x) it has solved my issue with voice commands and calls which is great, but the Ford Pass/connect is not showing on the display screen and I am unable to connect to the Ford Pass app. Will this be beacuse the App identifies the vehicle by VIN and the module is from a donar car. About Sync screen show Sync version 3. System updates B0:B1;B13;BE.72;CF. Vehicle Hotspot, Bluetooth SN are showing. Gracenote version (EU-0020) Navigation maps version F9. Synce S/n (ESN); N05E014G. There is no Modem number ??? Thanks

SYNC Region: EU

Navigation Variant: Nav

Manufacturer Year: MY20

Install Type: OEM

Old SYNC Version: 3.4

New SYNC Version: 3.4

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?
None

Update Method: Official Ford

Start by reloading all you AB settings from the Ford site. Than see what it does, I dont see VIN as an AB option in there so it would not matter. Maybe the EU ones are a bit different though since they have more built into them.

Yep, no modem serial number.
Have you performed a Sync Master Reset? If not, do so.
The newer TCU’s must have the country code changed to the vehicle they are installed into, so that would need to be done also. This is for the OTA function.
Then reset the TCU and APIM.
