Correct. That link is for a 4" package file. It is not for 3.4.20184.
guys the 20184 package has not been found yet. DO NOT INSTALL RANDOM FILE’S ESPECIALLY ~400MB FILES, SYNC 3.4 IS ATLEAST 800MB
