No Apple CarPlay or Android Auto after update

I had Apple Car Play and Android Auto on my Sync before I upgraded to 3.4.

Afetr a successful install this morning, both have now disappeared. Is there an error or have I installed the update incorrectly? I would love to have both back on Sync.

They will not appear until a connection is made again, so master reset, make the phone forget about sync3 and re-pair them as new devices.

Will try that, I found it weird I could not see it after a master reset.
