No mobile apps loading after upgrade

Hi I am running Sync 3.4.23188 and noticed that with an iPhone 14 Pro, apps are not loading as they used to. I can only see apps on Car Play, not on the native Ford Sync. I have connectivity both on my mobile and on Sync (connected to wifi). I have my phone connected via USB and Bluetooth. I press the Find Mobile Apps and it detects nothing.

If you have updated your Sync 3 system lately you may notice in System Settings/Mobile Apps tab that the “Enable Mobile Apps” toggle greyed out and apps can only be enabled over USB. well, I guess it makes sense. CarPlay is better than having just a handful of supported apps on the AppLink environment. The only think I miss of the native GPS is having navigation instructions on the dashboard.
