MEM_ERR03 – Error is MEM_NOSPACE_TO_EXTRACT
the . XML file generated by an interrogator log. You can create the tool with Syn3Updater, redact the VIN from the file’s name and content if you care about that (you can open it as a text file).
With that, I will be able to review what’s on the unit and if anything is missing.

The issues you are describing has nothing to do with each other. Did you wait some time after the initial upgrade for the car to get GPS lock?.
Reinstall gracenotes since it has nothing to do with the GPS thing.
About the voice, I would not know either, since packages pushed by Ford are correctly installed and are for EU as far as I saw. Check the configuration to see if there’s any specific setting. The UI is in German?.
