Problem updating my new Ford Fiesta 2018

Hello everyone, first of all, thanks for helping so many people who are new to our cars, I really appreciate it.
I recently bought a 2018 ford Fiesta to replace my old 1999 Ford Mondeo, One of the things I saw is that the radio was not up to date nor did I have the maps activated, I activated the navigation through Fordscan, but I can not get an update to be installed not the maps. I currently have 3.3.19052 installed. I hope you can give me a cable because I do not understand very well what is failing. Greetings and thank you

Firstly, please edit your profile and add information about your vehicle.
About the log you provided: it shows it’s a 16GB APIM NO-NAV, so there’s your issue.

If you are EU based, you will need to have a 64 GB NAV-APIM (ideally).
You could get away with a 32GB one, but would have to install cut down maps.

I have tried to do it and it gives me this error, I have created a usb without nag and it gives me that error when trying to update

If the NAV was not activated, then you cannot just activate it and expect it to work. You do not have a NAV equipped APIM with the proper daughter board. This will not work…

As far as the pic above:
PKG_ERR03 – Error is PKG_UNTAR_FAILURE

This is usually due to a bad USB stick or not enough storage space on the APIM to process the files.
