Problème avec mode automatique

‎I confirm users’ messages. On automatic mode unable to install version 3.4, a red screen “error” arrives. An “autoinstal” file is missing. On the manual version it works great! But it’s a long time. Thanks for the correction. In addition, in auto mode, there is no map. Not practical at all.‎

Is the system working or do you have an issue?

Yes the system working, but only on manual, and it was à very, very long time. Especially I was very stressé… Why it doesn’t fiction with automatic, it was all good done. Thank you also, but verify your automat system and why there is no any cart and Map, only no nav. Thank you.

I would suggest you configure the application correctly, this is completely user error.

Thank you. Now anderstand ! But you must tell the Customer: first(!!) go to “paramètre”, and creat the own update. When your are a novice it is real a catastrophe also. Then :
-logo “car”
-follow simply
It is ok
So explain “go first to paramètre” it is very, very important for any novice Customer. Thank you.

Glad it worked.

But let me clarify some things, for transparency purposes.

Unless you donated or transferred some money to Cyanlabs, you are not a customer.
No, you are a user that’s using a free tool on the internet to upgrade their system, for free. And even if you donated, you would not still be a customer, there’s no service contract here.

And, that what you say is written, but people do not invest their time in reading before doing random stuff. There’s a whole documentation section → Docs - CyanLabs Official Community , have you read that before?.

Finally: the configuration tab of the app is one of the first things the app shows when started for the first time… And if not, it would be common sense to check an app’s parameter section…

Anyways, just wanted to clear that up, so there’s no confusion.
As Cyanlabs said, user error.

Enjoy your upgraded system!, remember to master reset.

Seems like @SaNdMaN has already countered all your points so i’ll leave it as that.
