Problems with update

Hello.
I have a FORD Fiesta Titanium 2016 and I updated the Sync version from 1.0.15139 to 3.4.23088, I did the reset and followed the instructions but the day after updating I get two messages.
The first one says “USB hubs are not supported. Please remove” and the second one says “Hood open” despite having the hood closed and checking the sensor.
Any recommendations?

Try a soft reset and another master reset.

Regarding the hub message…you need to replace the hub with one that supports Car Play.

Well try replacing the hub with the later one that supports Car Play and do another master reset.
