Program Sound Button on radio control panel

Is it possible to change what the physical buttons do on the radio control panel? I have the Fusion 13-15 style captative buttons which has a sound button that gets no use. When I press it in CarPlay, it does exit out and go to the Sync 3 sound controls and pressing it again gets you back to where you were in CarPlay. Would be great if I can reprogram that to the home button/screen so I can quickly get to the heated/cooled seats. Saves some tapping on the screen.

It is not possible to change them unless you can make a custom calibration file to do this. Never been done to my knowledge.

Why don’t you just add the seat buttons to the home screen?
That said, easier and better solution is to drop in the FCIM from a 2016.
You get rid of the cap touch buttons and it has buttons for the seats on it.
Just drop your AB into it.

Oh they are there, just wanted to reduce some tapping on the screen to get there. I was thinking about a new FCIM but also they are around 100-150 from what I see. I know I may be the only one, but I somewhat like the capacitive buttons.
