Radio text not displayed on IPC

Dears,

hope you are doing well.
Recently noticed that FM radio text is not displayed on IPC. The same is visible on the APIM.
The car is Mondeo MK5 2015 with retrofitted SYNC 3.
Any help or advise will be appreciated.

Hello.
I drive a Focus with Sync3 and no media information is displayed on the IPC.
I’m not sure if it’s vehicle dependent.

it used to be displayed, from other media sources info is present on IPC.
