Radio will not upgrade, Getting XML File you have selected does not contain a valid ECU Delivery Assembly Number"

I upgrade my raio to build 22251 a few years ago and everything has been working fine until just a few weeks ago. All the sudden I kept getting a prompt to enable auto updates. No matter what i do, this keeps coming up. So thought I would just update it the the latest CynLabs version. Had no issues 3 year ago, but now I am getting subject error message. Plus, I’ve tried factory resetting the radio, that didn’t seemt to help either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please share the XML file produced by the interrogator log. You need to get out of that build, read APIM Sync Settings Not Saving, VER_ERR08 Errors, Cannot Perform Master Reset or Upgrades/Updates (Solved) for guidance.

Well shoot. I deleted it, as I was going to try and the upgrade again. I did look at the other post you linked in here, I’ll try that as well and let you know how it goes.

No problem, I just wanted to confirm the RWDATA partition’s size, which should be full. Try again and running the rwdata cleaner utility, it’s all documented on the other guide.
