Radio won’t reset and I have a red screen

I think I may have done something seriously wrong as I can’t get past the below screen and then when I put my usb in, I get a red screen telling me error. Help!

Do you have a error message, if so what is it?

There’s no image, there’s no log.
Are we suppose to guess?.
Provide some information other than “it does not work”.
If packages are not found, either you created the USB wrong or there is another device connected to the car. Make sure the upgrade USB is the only device connected.
